Sandee Westgate was born in 1979 and raised in Sacramento California. Ever since Sandee was a little girl, She knew she wanted to pursue modeling. Sandee still remembers her very first modeling job, at age four! "It's always been a big goal of mine , and when I'm determined to do something.....
